Sean Kevin Trundy is first and foremost a trial lawyer. He has served as lead lawyer in more than 50 jury trials, participated in countless others, and handled scores of non-jury trials and arbitrations. He has tried cases and handled motions in the South Carolina state and federal courts, the Delaware federal court, and bankruptcy courts throughout the nation. He has argued in the South Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals more than a dozen times and has written numerous briefs in the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals, plus a recent petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Trundy’s litigation experience (and other lawyers’ knowledge of it) enables him to help clients avoid future disputes and to negotiate the best possible result without a trial, when that is in the client’s best interest. He thus provides a full range of services to his clients.
