| Immediately
after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita devastated the Gulf Coast, Sean
and some friends (all of whom have far more real man construction
skills than him) went to Mississippi to assist where they could.
Out of relationships made on that trip, Sean learned
of the huge number of hurricane victims who were getting sick after
moving into their FEMA-provided trailers. The trailers emit dangerously
high levels of formaldehyde gas. Thus was born Keith Hillard et
al. v. Gulfstream Coach, Inc., et al., Civil Action No.06-2576,
a proposed class action pending in the New Orleans federal court.
Sean serves as lead counsel to the proposed class.
The litigation has garnered some publicity and action
by Congress.
